|It was a complete thrill to represent my country in the 1984 Olympics, and to win
4 Olympic medals. When I scored the first ever perfect 10 score as an American gymnast, the feeling that raced through me was an incredible joy of accomplishment and pride not only for myself, but for all the people who cheered and supported me and gave me the motivation to achieve.
After the Olympics, I've trained many people and have helped them to achieve their fitness goals. Each time I see the reaction when they step onto a weigh scale or see the measuring tape results, I know that feeling. It's the feeling of joy and pride in their accomplishment. Many have struggled with their weight their entire lives, which makes the joy of finally losing the weight that much more powerful. I want others to experience success and that's why I've designed the Melt It OFF program.
When I developed the Melt It OFF program, I started with the core, our abs and midsection, because this is where our power comes from to do just about any physical movement. Even simple things like picking up groceries involves our core.The secret to my system is leveraged core action. Each of my exercises start with the core and radiate outwards, engaging all the major muscles.
I am 46 years old and I know how hard it can be to get in shape and keep the weight off. I developed this program for people to be fit and healthy and I’m
overjoyed that people across the country are getting incredible results. And when you get the weight off, you feel better about yourself!
